IMPORT LICENCE TENDERING

RESIDUAL LICENCE FROM

ROUND 25

I, J. W. H. Clark, Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry with the agreement of the Minister of Trade and Industry and in terms of the provisions of the Guidelines to the Import Licence Tendering scheme, hereby make available on request certain licence units at the relevant weighted average prices being those units won under tender but not paid for in Round 25.

These licences will be valid until 31 August but may be extended to 30 September 1986 where good cause can be shown.

Requests for these licence units should be made on the Request for Residual Licence form obtainable from the department. No payment should be made until invoices are received. These requests should reach the Registrar of Tenders, P.O. Box 3146, Wellington, no later than 16 June 1986.

Where demand for the licence units exceeds the supply, a random selection will be made by computer programme.

Licence left unallocated thereafter will be available on request. Enquiries should be made from the Registrar at the above address.

J. W. H. CLARK, Secretary.
