In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Grasslands Farming Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 19 Strathallan Street, Timaru and carrying on the business of farming in South Canterbury.
Notice is hereby given that the petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 7th day of May 1986, presented to the said Court by Pyne Gould Guinness Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch and carrying on business there and elsewhere as stock and station agents; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Timaru on the 30th day of June 1986 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NEW ZEALAND WOOL BOARD
Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 15th day of May 1986 at Wellington was 351.11c cents per kilogram (greasy basis).
As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 500c cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
