Tipping & Son Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton, hereby gives notice that on the 13th day of May 1986 it appointed Jack McLeod Little of Hamilton, company secretary whose office is at 179 Victoria Street, Hamilton as receiver and manager of all the property of this company pursuant to powers contained in certain debentures dated the 14th day of April 1984 and the 25th day of July 1984.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
