NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the issue of an interim certificate of title pursuant to section 6 of the Land Transfer (Hawke’s Bay) Act 1931, in the name of Kingi te Herekiekie (½ share), Wakaohoehoe Puna (¼ share) and Mereaira Raiha (¼ share) as tenants in common in the said shares for all that piece of land containing 4047 square metres, more or less, being Lot 3, Deposited Plan 3350 and being the land described in R.
