PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in
the Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject to a right of way contained
in transfer 489987.1, for a fisheries research laboratory, and shall
remain vested in the Crown.
