PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby acquired for a post office and shall vest in the Crown on
the 15th day of May 1986.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land and Leasehold Estates
in Land Acquired for Post Office Purposes in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated
14 November 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
22 November 1984, No. 218 at page 5253, declaring land and lease-
hold interests to be acquired for post office purposes in the City of
Hamilton by deleting from the Schedule the area of 3 square metres
given for the land thirdly described, and substituting “0.3”.

Declaring Land Held, Together With the Appurtenant Right of

Classification of a Reserve and Change of the Name of the
Croydon Bush Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Acting Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby
classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic
reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the said
Act, and further declares that the scenic reserve described in the
Schedule hereto, and known as the Croydon Bush Domain shall
hereafter be known as the Croydon Bush Scenic Reserve.

Classification of Reserve and Vesting in the Waiuku Borough
Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a
local purpose (esplanade) reserve, and vests the said reserve in the
Waiuku Borough Council in trust for that purpose.
