Amending a Proclamation Declaring Land Acquired for a Local Work to be Crown Land in Block II, Te Mata Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Most
Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 10th day of
April 1979, published in the Gazette, 10 May 1979, No. 38, at page
1442, proclaiming land acquired for a local work to be Crown land,
by omitting from the Schedule the areas of land described in the
First Schedule hereto and substituting the areas of land described
in the Second Schedule hereto:
FIRST SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land situated in Block II, Te Mata Survey
District, described as follows:

0 0 7 Part stream bed; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 8 Part stream bed; coloured blue on plan.

at page 2119, proclaiming land taken for soil conservation and river
control purposes in Block II, Te Mata Survey District, by omitting
from the Schedule the areas of land described in the First Schedule
hereto and substituting the areas of land described in the Second
Schedule hereto:

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 5th day of May 1986
Present:
The Right Honourable G. W. R. Palmer Presiding in Council.
PURSUANT to section 138 (1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares
that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after
the date of this Order in Council, be a motorway.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of State Highway No. 1 in the City of Takapuna,
being part of the Auckland - Waiwera motorway and being those
traffic lanes, shoulders and verges commencing at the northern side
of Sunset Road and proceeding in a northerly direction for a distance
of approximately 2 kilometres and terminating at the southern side
of the intersection with Greville Road, and including the crossing
over Rosedale Road.
