ANZCERTA

Instructions for tenderers and the general terms and conditions which apply to the submission and acceptance of tenders are set out in the Guide to Import Licence Tendering dated October 1985 and in the rules for ANZCERTA dated March 1985.

The licensing periods for different sections of goods put up under ANZCERTA have different licence periods which are specified in the instruction to the various sections.

Calendar year allocations—licences issued will be valid from 1 January 1986 to 31 December 1986. All goods imported under these licences must meet the rules of origin for goods of Australian origin as detailed in the Customs Regulations 1968, as amended.
