Amending a Notice Declaring Land in Christchurch City Held for a State Primary School to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of March 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 March 1986, No. 38, at page 1119, declaring land in Christchurch City held for a State primary school to be Crown land, by replacing the words “drain water” in the body of the notice with the words “convey water”.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land in Waimairi District Held for Police Purposes (Residences) to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 10th day of January 1985, published in the Gazette of 17 January 1985, No. 6, at page 131, declaring land in Waimairi District held for police purposes (residences) to be Crown land pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting from the body of the notice thereto the words “subject to the building line restrictions as specified in the said Schedule” together with the bracketed words in the Schedule “(subject to the building line restriction imposed by resolution 52286/1)” and “(subject to the building line restriction imposed by resolution 88566/1)”.
