and fifty-six dollars ($1,269,556) and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act and by the Court were registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 16th day of April 1986.
The said minute is in the words and figures following:
"The issued capital of Zenithcorp Holdings Limited is $1,500,445.50 divided into 3 000 891 shares of 50 cents each all being wholly uncalled and unpaid having been reduced from $2,770,001.50 divided into 5 540 003 shares of 50 cents each uncalled and unpaid."
