✨ Trade Licences Allocation

I. CER Ex-NAFTA SCHEDULE A LICENCES

In terms of Article 5, paragraph 18 of ANZCERTA, exclusive access for goods under NAFTA has been maintained in addition to the ANZCERTA access formula.

For the 1985-86 import licensing year the licences issued to maintain this access were allocated by the New Zealand Government to the previous licence holders.

The amounts available in each item code were all increased by 25% in August 1984 to compensate for the effects of New Zealand’s July 1984 devaluation.

Where access levels have not been fully taken up the balance is available on request. Interested importers should apply in writing to The Executive Officer, General Industries 2, Department of Trade and Industry, Private Bag, Wellington.
