(f) The partnership shall commence on the date of registration of the special partnership in the High Court at Wellington and terminate upon the sooner to occur of:

(a) The registration of the certificate of dissolution pursuant to section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908;

(b) The expiration of a period of 7 years from the date of filing of the certificate of registration of the partnership in the High Court at Wellington; or

(c) If the term of the partnership shall have been extended under the provisions of the Partnership Act 1908, the expiration of the extended term.
