OF J. P. GAMBLE LIMITED, a private company duly incorporated
in New Zealand and having its registered office at Normanby
Road, Paeroa:

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the High Court of New
Zealand dated the 25th day of March 1986 confirming the reduction
of the share capital of the above named company from twenty-one
thousand dollars ($21,000) to two thousand one hundred dollars
($2,100) and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect
to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars
required by the above mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar
of Companies on the 18th day of April 1986.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The amount of share capital of J. P. Gamble Limited as altered
by the order of the High Court confirming the reduction of
the share capital of the company is two thousand one hundred
dollars ($2,100) divided into two thousand one hundred
(2,100) ordinary shares of one dollar ($1) each and at the
date of registration of this minute the amount of one dollar
($1) is deemed to be paid up on each share."
