Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares woolly nightshade (Solanum mauritianum) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of the following District Noxious Plants Authorities: Wellington, Horowhenua, Wanganui, Manawatu.

Declaration of Vehicle with Motorcycle Controls to be a Motorcycle
PURSUANT to section 2 (1) of the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to an instrument of delegation dated 28 March 1985, the Chief Controller, Land Transport Policy, hereby declares that the vehicle described in the Schedule hereto is a motorcycle for the purposes of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
THE three-wheeled vehicle with motorcycle controls and a 1192cc Volkswagen engine bearing the engine No. 7752820, which was built by Christopher Ditchburn of Marton in 1985.

Decision 159—By this decision dated 17 April 1986 the Commission consented to the merger or takeover proposal whereby Lion Corporation Limited might acquire up to 100 percent of the shareholding of F. J. Callaghan Holdings Ltd. and also up to 100 percent of the shareholding of Hillcrest Tavern Limited.
Decision 160—By this decision dated 17 April 1986 the Commission determined not to approve the collective pricing application made by the Amalgamated Society of Wholesale Bread Contractors.
