Australia–New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement
Application for the Approval of Goods as Determined Imported Materials – Notice 1968/4

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made to New Zealand for the approval of the goods, described in the Schedule hereto, as determined import materials in accordance with New Zealand legislation relating to the origin of goods wholly manufactured.

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to New Zealand determining these applications, should do so in writing on or before 8 May 1986. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, tariff item, and description of the goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, for the attention of the Director, Trade Division, and be supported by information as to the quality, range, supply, etc, of the goods or suitable alternative goods produced in New Zealand.

4.2 13.03.030 Oxomidulin (odourless Garlic Powder Extract) Meeting all of the following:
(A) Light yellowish-white, almost odourless powder with a slightly sweet taste
(B) Loss on drying less than 7% W/N at 105º C for 4 hours
(C) Soluble in water, almost insoluble in pure Methanol and Ethanol
4.3 29.05.009 Inositol, Food Chemicals Codex Third Edition Grade, with no particle having a diameter greater than 180 Micron
4.4 29.23.009 Aminobenzoic Acid, British Pharmacopoeia 1980 addendum 1982 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade, no particle greater than 180 micron in diameter
4.5 29.24.001 Lecithin, Food Chemicals Codex Third Edition Grade with all of the added specifications:
(A) Acetone insoluble matter – not less than 60% W/W
(B) Hexane insoluble matter – not less than 0.05%
(C) Water content not more then 0.75% W/W
4.6 29.21.001 Choline Bitartrate, Food Chemicals Codex third Edition no particle greater than 180 Microns in diameter
4.7 29.31.000 dl-Methionine, Food Chemicals Codex Third Edition, No particle being greater than 180 micron in diameter
4.8 29.38.000 dl-Alpha Tocopherol Acetate, British Pharmacopoeia 1980 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade
4.9 29.38.000 d-Alpha Tocopherol 97%, meeting the following specifications – Contains not less than 97.0% of d-Alpha Tocopherol per gram
4.10 29.38.000 Nicotinamide, British Pharmacopoeia 1980 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade, no particle having a diameter greater than 180 micron
4.11 29.38.000 Thiamine Mononitrate, United States, Pharmacopoeia XX Grade, no particle greater than 180 micron diameter
4.12 29.38.000 Calcium Pantothenate, United States, Pharmacopoeia XX Grade, no particle greater than 180 micron diameter
4.13 29.38.000 Riboflavine, British Pharmacopoeia 1980 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade, no particle greater than 180 micron diameter
4.14 29.38.000 Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, British Pharmacopoeia 1980 or United States Pharmacopoeia XX Grade, no particle greater than 180 micron diameter
