NOTICE is hereby given that Kapuarangi Roore of 8 Vera Street, Marton, forestry worker, was convicted of driving whilst disqualified in the District Court at Marton on the 10th day of April 1986. An order for confiscation of a motor vehicle, namely a Honda XR200 motor cycle, registration No. 96GKF, was made.

NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362(1) of the Companies Act 1955, Microstyle Computers Ltd. on the 10th day of April 1986, passed a resolution for a creditors voluntary winding up, and accordingly a meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Hogg Young Cathie & Co., Seventh Floor, IBM Centre, 155–161 The Terrace on Wednesday, the 23rd day of April 1986 commencing at 4 p.m.

In order to simplify the structure of the Restall Group of Companies on 31 March 1986, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 268(1)(b) and in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, that CALLIOPE HOLDINGS LTD. be wound up voluntarily and that Daniel Martin Virtue, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets.

A statutory declaration of solvency was filed with the Registrar of Companies prior to the passing of the resolutions.
