P2/198 N.Z. Railways Corporation—Amend Passenger Transport Service Licence 21835 by adding a special condition—The licensee may vary the timetables on all routes subject to the following conditions:

(a) Reduction of service levels may not be made without agreement from the regional or local authority with jurisdiction over the route concerned.

(b) In no circumstances can the seating capacity over the whole of the route in a 24 hour period be reduced by more than 25 percent in one or more service changes.

(c) The relevant licensing authority is to be advised of the changes and brief reasons for these no less than 7 days prior to implementation.

(d) The service changes shall be advertised in local papers at least 14 days before implementation and details of the advertising supplied to the authority in accordance with subclause (c).

G2/174 Auckland Milk Corporation—Amend Goods Transport Service Licence 15641 by adding to the area in the special condition thereon the numbers 6 and 7 Goods Service Districts in respect of 5 motor vehicles.

G2/132 Jackson Plant Hire Ltd.—Amend Goods Transport Service Licence 21494 by adding a special condition to exempt 3 motor vehicles from Section 109 (1) Transport Act 1962 for the cartage of heavy machinery, earth moving machines, contractors plant, drilling and piling equipment, and bridge construction components throughout New Zealand.

Warrant for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle—(Section 84 (6) Criminal Justice Act 1985)

To every constable and every bailiff, and to the Registrar of the District Court at Hamilton.

John Leonard Tewaano Hepi of 16 Frederick Drive, Hamilton, plasterer (in this warrant called the offender), was on the 25th day of October 1985 convicted of driving whilst disqualified by the District Court at Hamilton.

On the 25th day of October 1985 an order was made by the District Court at Hamilton for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle in which the defendant has an interest:

Make and model of vehicle, Ford Cortina. Registration No. DO3012.

Under the confiscation order the offender was required to surrender the motor vehicle to a constable of bailiff or the Registrar at Hamilton on the 25th day of October 1985 by 1 p.m.

The offender has failed to surrender the motor vehicle.
