Classification of Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands, Napier hereby declares the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977.

Sale of Taranaki Harbours Board Land
