declaration dated the 16th day of January 1986 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette of 23 January 1986, No. 7 at page 217
amending a declaration acquiring land for soil conservation and
river control purposes by omitting the following:

“at page 209,”

and substituting the following:

“at page 207.”
