Alter frequency of service 8110 8.30 a.m. Dunedin to Christchurch from Monday-Friday to daily. (This means combine service 8112 and service 8110 into one service known as 8110.)

(ii) Amend service 8106 as follows:

A9/86/34 H. & H. Travel Lines Limited, Christchurch. Amend Passenger Service Licence No. 05561 as follows:

  1. Deleting special condition No.1 which reads as follows:
    “Passengers may be picked up or set down at any authorised bus stop en route, save that passengers may not be picked up or set down in the Christchurch-Dunedin service between Christchurch and Timaru and on the Dunedin-Christchurch service between Dunedin and Oamaru”, and replace with—a new special condition No.1 which would read:
    “Passengers may be picked up and set down en route”.

  2. Extending the route to include Christchurch-Cheviot-Kaikoura-Blenheim and/or Picton and vice versa.

  3. Deleting the existing timetable and substituting therefore the following timetable:

Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 7) 1986

Pursuant to section 143 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs, in accordance with the power delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 9 of that Act, hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. Short title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 7) 1986.

(2) This Customs notice shall come into force on the 14th day of April 1986.

  1. Exchange rates—Where under any provisions of the Customs Act 1966 any amount which is required to be taken into account for the purpose of assessing duty or any other purpose is not an amount ascertained in New Zealand currency, the amount to be so taken into account shall be the equivalent in New Zealand currency of that amount ascertained in accordance with the rate of exchange set out in the Schedule to this notice.

  2. Revocation—The Customs Exchange Rates Notice (No. 6) 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 40, dated 20 March 1986, on page 1207 is hereby revoked.
