Shooting hours: 6.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. except that during the period of 28 July 1986 to 29 March 1987 inclusive, Canada goose may be hunted or killed 24 hours per day, during the specified open season.
Decoy limit: No limit.
West Coast Acclimatisation District

THIRD SCHEDULE
GAME LICENCES AND LICENCE FEES
PURSUANT to regulations 5 and 13 of the Wildlife Regulations 1955, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby approves the licence fees set and payable in respect of each class of game licence and the conditions attached thereto.
Class: New Zealand Game Licence
Fee: Twenty eight dollars ($28.00)
or
Fee: Twenty five dollars ($25.00)
Conditions: A New Zealand Game Licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in all acclimatisation districts of New Zealand.
The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits for each acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the Notice in the New Zealand Gazette in which the Minister of Internal Affairs declared the 1986 open season for game.
Class: Junior New Zealand Game Licence
Fee: Fourteen dollars ($14.00)
Conditions: Junior New Zealand Game Licences may be issued to persons under 16 years of age as at 3 May 1986.
The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game within all acclimatisation districts of New Zealand.
The holder of the licence shall be subject to the conditions and daily possession limits for each acclimatisation district in which the hunting or killing of game takes place, as specified under the Second Schedule of the Notice in the New Zealand Gazette in which the Minister of Internal Affairs declared the 1986 open season for game.
The provisions of the Arms Act 1983 apply with respect to firearms used in accordance with the licence.
Class: One Week Game Licence
Fee: Wellington Acclimatisation District—Twelve dollars ($12.00)
Central North Island Wildlife Conservancy Acclimatisation District—Ten dollars ($10.00).
Conditions: A One Week Game Licence may be issued in the Central North Island Wildlife Conservancy and Wellington Acclimatisation Districts. The licence shall be available for use on or after the 10th day (12 May 1986) of the open season for game for a period of 7 days from the date specified on the licence.
The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the district of issue only.
Class: One Day Licence
Fee: Five dollars ($5.00)
Conditions: A One Day Licence may be issued in the Wellington Acclimatisation District.
The licence shall be available for use on or after the 10th day (12 May 1986) of the open season for game for a period of one day as specified on the licence.
The licence shall enable the holder to hunt or kill game in the district of issue only.
The notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 57, 2 April 1985, page 1474—Game and Junior Game Season Licence Fees is hereby revoked.
