NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR AN ESSENTIAL WORK

Pursuant to Section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981

1. Notice is hereby given that the Napier City Council proposes to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981 the land described in the Schedule hereto.

2. The land is required for service lane and it is intended to use the land for the purposes of the laying out of a service lane between Bower Street and Edwardes Street in the City of Napier.

3. A plan of the land intended to be taken is open for public inspection during ordinary office hours at the offices of the Napier City Council situate in Hastings Street, Napier.
