Revoking a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in Block III, Wai-iti Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road.

(c) And further pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981 declares the said stopped Government road to be set apart for motorway purposes.
