THE BANK OF NEW ZEALAND with reference to Deli Hutt Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 14th day of March 1986, the bank appointed Terence John Leamy and Richard Grant Simpson, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Kirk Barclay, Chartered Accountants, Third Floor, C.M.C. Building, 89 Courtenay Place, Wellington, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 4th day of May 1984.
The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

B. Anderson in the Invercargill District Court on 19 November 1985, in accordance with the above Act.
