Declaring Road in Block XVI, Opaheke Survey District, Franklin County to be a Government Road and to be Stopped and to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:

(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road, and

(b) Stops the said road,

(c) And further, pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, declares the said stopped Government road to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Road to be Stopped and Vested in Block XV, Orahiri Survey District, Waitomo District

PURSUANT to section 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(i) Declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(ii) Declares that the area first described now known as Section 62, Block XV, Orahiri Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 170, folio 75, South Auckland Land Registry.

(iii) Declares that the area secondly described now known as Section 63, Block XV, Orahiri Survey District shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 185, folio 184, South Auckland Land Registry subject to mortgage H.176434.
