PURSUANT to section 42 (4) (b) of the Public Works Act 1981, the
Minister of Works and Development being satisfied that it is no
longer required for a public work, declares the undivided one-fifth
share held by Her Majesty the Queen for the Victoria University
of Wellington in the land described in the Schedule hereto to be
under the control and management of the Land Settlement Board.
