CORRIGENDUM

Justices of the Peace Appointed

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 220, page 5375 of 28 November 1985, the name Humber, Hendrik Theodorus was incorrectly spelt. The following appointment has therefore been made:

Pursuant to section 3 (1) of the Justice of the Peace Act 1957, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint

Hendrik Theodorus Huber,
31 Hereford Street, Wilton, Wellington, to be a Justice of the Peace.

CORRIGENDUM

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Amendment Available for Comment

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 February 1986, No. 23, page 786 the entry for “DZ 1977/A4” should read “DZ 1999/A4 Draft Amendment No. 4 to NZS 1999:1965 Specification for safety requirements for electric room heaters. Gratis.”

Appointment of Members of Higher Salaries Commission

At Wellington this 17th day of February 1986

Present:

His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Higher Salaries Commission Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints

Professor John Dunmore, of Waikanae, as a member and as the Chairman of the Higher Salaries Commission for a term of 3 years commencing on the 18th day of February 1986;

and

Leonard Jackson, of Wellington, as a member of the Higher Salaries Commission for a term of 3 years commencing on the 18th day of February 1986.
