4. The general nature of the business to be transacted is the
   completion and operation of the tourist house complex in Te Anau
   known as "The Village Inn" and such other business as in the
   opinion of the partnership may be conveniently and profitably

5. The principal place at which the business of the partnership is
   to be transacted is at the registered office of the general partner at
   present being at the offices of Messrs Harrington and Partners,
   Chartered Accountants, 65 Don Street, Invercargill.

6. The partnership is to commence on the date of registration of
   this certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908.
   The partnership is to terminate on the expiry of 7 years from the
   date of registration of this certificate (subject to the provisions in
   the partnership deed relating to earlier dissolution).
