NOTICE OF RESOLUTION FOR VOLUNTARY WINDING UP

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PELHAM BUILDERS LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):

Notice is hereby given by duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 3rd day of March 1986, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely, that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up, and accordingly that the company be wound-up voluntarily.

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the Chamber of Commerce Hall, corner of Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, 13 March 1986 at 10 a.m.

Business:

  1. Consideration of a statement of position of the company's affairs and list of creditors, etc.
  2. Nomination of liquidator.
  3. Appointment of committee of inspection, if thought fit.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of MACGREGOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LTD. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of MacGregor Construction Co. Ltd. (in liquidation) which is being wound-up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 28 March 1986 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from any benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or as the case may be objecting to distribution.

Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, the motor vehicle described in the First Schedule below has been confiscated by order of the District Court, Tokoroa and such vehicle will be disposed of at public auction without further notice. NOTICE OF REDUCTION OF SHARE CAPITAL

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of PAKIRI LAND COMPANY LTD, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the South British Group Building, Dalton Street, Napier.

Notice is hereby given that the order of the High Court of New Zealand made on the 11th day of February 1986, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company to $4,625 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered with the Registrar of Companies on the 28th day of February 1986.

The said minute is in the words and figures following—

"The amount of share capital of the Pakiria Land Company Ltd. as altered by order of the High Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company is $4,625 divided into 92,500 shares of 5c each and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of 5c is deemed to be paid up on each share".
