General Finance Acceptance Ltd. with reference to Tenfoot Tavern Ltd. hereby gives notice that on the 24th day of February 1986, it appointed Peter Reginald Howell of Auckland, chartered accountant whose office is at Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, CML Centre, 157-165 Queen Street, Auckland and Peter Leslie Shaw of Hamilton, chartered accountant whose office is at Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, D. V. Bryant Trust Building, Alexandra Street, Hamilton, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 4th day of September 1985. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company's undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
