Land Acquired for the Purposes of a Road in Westland County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the 6th day of March 1986.

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares the stopped road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Road Stopped in Block XI, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that the said stopped road now known as Sections 9 and 12, Block XI, Otanake Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 11A/1487 subject to the water rights created by transfer S. 392546, the water easement created by transfer H. 565091.4 and the right of way created by transfer H. 565091.5, South Auckland Land Registry.
