Land Acquired for a Service Lane in Block III, Otanake Survey District, Waitomo District, Otanake Survey

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a service lane and shall vest in The Waitomo District Council on the 27th day of February 1986.

Amending a Declaration Acquiring a Leasehold Estate in Land for Hospital Purposes in the City of Hamilton

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 26th day of July 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 1 August 1985, No. 142 at page 3260, declaring a leasehold estate in land acquired for hospital purposes in the City of Hamilton by omitting from the preamble thereto the words “lease No. S. 50033” and substituting the words “Lease No. H. 408048”.
