PURSUANT to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart, subject to the mining easement created by transfer 247454, for purposes incidental of coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
