CORRIGENDUM
Land Acquired for a Service Lane in the City of Nelson

In the declaration with the above heading dated 20 December 1985,
published in the Gazette of 9 January 1986, No. 1 at page 5, for
the reference to “The Wanganui City Council” in the fifth line, read
“The Nelson City Council”, which council is named in the original
declaration signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

In the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 February 1986, No. 17, page 454, the date of appointment
was incorrectly shown as 7 February 1986. The following
appointments are therefore listed with the corrected date of
