NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVERS AND MANAGERS

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of debenture issued by DIVERSIONS LEISURE PARK LTD.: N.Z.I. Finance Ltd., N.Z.I. Securities Ltd. and N.Z.I. International Acceptances Ltd. (“the debenture holders”) hereby give notice that on the 13th day of February 1986 they appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both of Auckland, chartered accountants as receivers and managers of all the undertaking property and assets charged by a certain debenture dated the 30th day of January 1985 given by Diversions Leisure Park Ltd. in favour of the debenture holders.
