Graeme Colin Bradford, company director of Taupo, with reference to NORM’S FOODSTORE LTD., hereby gives notice that on the 10th day of February 1986, he appointed Lyall Walton Brown, chartered accountant, whose office is at care of Thompson Francis & Partners, 290 Queen Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Norm’s Foodstore Ltd. under the power contained in a debenture dated 5 March 1984.

The receiver has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both present and future including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
