Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block VII, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 23rd day of October 1985 published in Gazette, 31 October 1985, No. 201, at page 4761, declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in Block VII, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County, by deleting reference to (c) in the body of the document, and replacing it with the following:

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981 and pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981 is declared Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped in the Lake County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the Lake County.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and declares that:

(i) The area marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 19501, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 2C/740.

(ii) The area marked ‘B’ on S.O. Plan 19501, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 5B/1084.

(iii) The area marked ‘G’ on S.O. Plan 19501, shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(iv) The area marked ‘T’ on S.O. Plan 19501, shall be incorporated in Pastoral Lease No. 299 recorded in certificate of title No. 1C/1038 held from Her Majesty the Queen by Peter Anton Lucas of Glenorchy, farmer.

Land Declared to be Road and Road Stopped and Amalgamated in Blocks XI and XV, Patoka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Hawke’s Bay County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the parts of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and further declares that the said stopped road (now known as Sections 9, 10, 11 and 12, Block XV, Patoka Survey District) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title B1/1131, subject to mortgage 149285, consent certificate 453452.1 and compensation certificate 453452.2.
