TAUMARUNUI BOROUGH COUNCIL

Land Vested as Recreation Reserve

Pursuant to section 66 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Taumarunui Borough Council declares that Lot 15, being a subdivision of Part Section 112955, more particularly described as the portion of land comprising Plan 90839, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District, be vested in the Taumarunui Borough Council as a recreation reserve.

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY

Declaration of Land Required for Regional Road Improvement at Manukau Road, One Tree Hill

In pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 373 (1) of the Local Government Act 1974 and of any and every power enabling it in that behalf the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolved that it be declared and it is hereby declared as from the 16th day of June 1986 the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be required for regional road improvement.

SCHEDULE

All that land being located in the Borough of One Tree Hill shown marked “land required for future road widening” on land transfer plan 112955 and more particularly described as the portion of land comprising 74 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, Deposited Plan 90839, being contained in certificate of title 47D/1453 (North Auckland Registry).

Land transfer plan 112955 is available for inspection at the office of the Secretary, Auckland Regional Authority, Auckland (file reference 9/12/9/78).

I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed by the Auckland Regional Authority at a meeting held on 16 June 1986.

Revocation of Declaration of Land Required for the Purposes of a Regional Road

Pursuant to Section 363 of the Local Government Act 1974

Notice is hereby given that the Auckland Regional Authority at its meeting held on 16 June 1986, having obtained the prior written consent of the National Roads Board at its meeting held on 23 April 1986, resolved as follows:

“In pursuance of the powers vested in it by section 363 (5) of the Local Government Act 1974 and of any and every power enabling it in that behalf the Auckland Regional Authority hereby resolves that it be declared as from the 16th day of June 1986 the part regional road described in the Schedule shall cease to be regional road.”

SCHEDULE

All that land being part of a regional road situated in the Borough of One Tree Hill shown marked “surplus land” on land transfer plan 112955 and more particularly described as the portions of land comprising 344 square metres, more or less, being part Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Deposited Plan 21128, being contained in certificates of title 669/155 and 18B/827 (North Auckland Registry).

Land transfer plan 112955 is available for inspection at the office of the Secretary, Auckland Regional Authority, Auckland (file reference 9/12/9/78).

Pursuant to regulation 15 of the Wool Industry Regulations 1978, notice is hereby given that the Adjusted Weighted Average Sale Price for the sale held on the 4th day of December 1986 at Wellington and Christchurch was 405.44 cents per kilogram (greasy basis).

As this price is below the ruling trigger price of 500 cents per kilogram (greasy basis) no retention levy is payable in terms of section 42 of the Wool Industry Act 1977, until further notice.
