To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Approved Operating Procedures for CNG Daughter Stations
Pursuant to section 61 of the Gas Act 1982 and to regulation 37 of the Gas Industry Regulations 1984 I, David James Green, Chief Inspecting Engineer, hereby give notice that with effect from 1 March 1987, the construction, maintenance and operation of CNG vehicle refuelling stations supplied with gas other than by a franchise holder ("daughter stations"), shall be in accordance with the following approved procedure:

No person shall supply gas to or through any part of a daughter station on which gasfitting has been carried out after 1 March 1987, unless authority to do so has been given by a franchise holder gas installation inspector.

As soon as practicable after completion of such gasfitting, a gas installation inspector shall certify that in the inspector’s opinion the work has been carried out in a satisfactory manner and the installation is safe to use.

Nothing in any such certificate shall relieve the person who owns or uses the daughter station from any liability under regulation 33 of the Gas Industry Regulations 1984 for remedying any defect that may be discovered subsequent to the issue of that certificate and which, if not remedied, would constitute a hazard or be in breach of the requirements of approved standards.

Amending Notice to the Open Season for Game in the North Canterbury Acclimatisation District 1986 Season: Canada Goose
The Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that the notice published in the supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, No. 49 of 3 April 1986 at page 1430, relating to game that may be hunted or killed and the duration of the 1986 season is amended as follows:
In that portion of the Second Schedule which relates to the North Canterbury Acclimatisation District:
Game That May Be Hunted or Killed: Canada Goose (in that area west and north of State Highway No. 72 and north of Woodend Beach Road)
Duration of 1986 Season: 30 March to 1 May 1987 incl.
Daily Bag Limit: Canada goose, no limit.
Shooting Hours: Canada goose, 24 hours per day during the specified open season.

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1986.

The Whangarei County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule is approved.

The Road Classification (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1970, dated the 9th day of September 1970, issued pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969, which relates to the roads described in the Schedule, is revoked.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1986.
The roads specified in the First Schedule are declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule is declared to be a 70 kilometres an hour speed limit area pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.
The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 2, 1981, dated the 3rd day of August 1981†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is revoked.
