The Traffic (Mangonui County) Notice No. 1, 1986

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carme Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, give the following notice:

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mangonui County) Notice No. 1, 1986.

The area specified in the Schedule is declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

SCHEDULE

Situated within Mangonui County at Whatuwhiwhi and Tokerau Beach.

All that area bounded by a line commencing on the shoreline of Doubtless Bay due east of the southern termination of Harbour Place; thence due west to the said termination; thence northerly, generally, to the eastern termination of Paranui Nexus Road; thence northerly, generally, to a point on the eastern side of Matai Bay Road 250 metres measured northerly from its intersection with Paranui Nexus Road; thence due west to a point on the western side of Matai Bay Road; thence southerly, generally, to a point on the western side of Tokerau Beach Road due south of the southern termination of Whakapaku Road; thence due east to the southern termination of Whakapaku Road; thence easterly, generally, along the said road to its eastern termination; thence due south to the shoreline of Doubtless Bay; thence generally westerly along the said shoreline to the commencing point.
