5242 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 195

PURSUANT to the Import Control Regulations 1973 (S.R. 1980/246), I, P. E. Donovan, Deputy Secretary (Industries) of the Department of Trade and Industry, acting under delegated authority hereby announce the availability of certain licence units left unpaid from Rounds 34 and 36 at the prices shown. The continuity provision will not apply to these licence.

Application for the units shown should be made on form T. & I. 401 and should reach the Registrar of Tenders, P.O. Box 3146, Wellington no later than 5 p.m. on 2 February 1987.

Where demand exceeds supply, the allocation of licence will be by random computer selection. Any licence remaining after this initial allocation will be treated as residual licence and be available at the prices shown.

Payment should be made against the results letter. A period of 1 month will be allowed.

NOTE:

Tenderers should refer to the Customs Tariff and the Import Licensing Schedule for a definitive description of the goods included in the list below.
Tenderers should be conversant with the various statutes and regulations governing imports
