Appointment of Court to Exercise Criminal Jurisdiction in Respect of Indictable Offences
PURSUANT to section 4 (2A) of the District Courts Act 1947, as inserted by section 2 (2) of the District Courts Amendment Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General has appointed Otahuhu to be a place in which courts may be held for the exercise of criminal jurisdiction in respect of indictable offences under Part IIA of the District Courts Act 1947.
