In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of TURF LODGE LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Matamata and carrying on business as a stud farm:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for an order:

(a) Restraining or forbidding Fay Estall Donovan, the members and the directors of the company and/or their servants and agents from disposing of or selling or attempting to sell or dispose of any of the assets of the company until further order of the Court,

(b) An order that Graeme Thomas James Donovan purchase the shares of Fay Estall Donovan in the said company upon such terms as this Court thinks fit,

(c) Such further or other orders as this Court thinks just,

was presented to the High Court on the 11th day of November 1986 by Graeme Thomas James Donovan of Fip, company director; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 11th day of December 1986 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or to oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
