Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori
freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for
the common use and benefit of members of the Perawiti and Kuiti
families.

ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks II and IV, Waitohu Survey
District and described as follows:

the common use and benefit of the descendants of the original owner

District and described as follows:

certificate of title, Volume 950, folio 33 (Wellington
Registry).

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori

as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a urupa and place of
historical interest for the common use and benefit of the descendants
of the original owners namely Rereomaki Poni, Hune Taua, Nepia
Tauri and Mere Hato.

District and described as follows:
