Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land firstly and secondly described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Queenstown Borough Council and declares the land thirdly described in the First Schedule to be road and vested in The Lake County Council.

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the First and Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(b) Pursuant to section 117, declares the stopped road described in the First Schedule hereto now known as Section 85, Block XII, Waihou Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 19A/1186, South Auckland Land Registry.
