Sale of Wellington Harbour Board Land

1. Richard William Prebble, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A(3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143(1)(a) and section 143C(1)(b)(i) of the Act the sale of land (being a building) referred to in the Schedule to this notice by the Wellington Harbour Board, and I specify that my approval is effective from the date of this notice.

SCHEDULE

THE Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club Clubhouse building delineated on plan M.D. 16407, being situated on part of that parcel of land containing 4155.62 square metres, more or less, situated in the City of Wellington between Oriental Parade and the sea, being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume C1, folio 1427 (Wellington Registry).

Sharebrokers Amendment Act 1981

PURSUANT to section 8 of the Sharebrokers Amendment Act 1981 we wish to advise that the bylaws of the Christchurch-Invercargill Regional Stock Exchange have been amended as follows:

Bylaw 12.04 delete '20' on line 2 and substitute '18'.
