Land Acquired Subject to Certain Rights for Electricity Purposes (Housing) in Block III, Ruakaka Survey District, Whangarei County

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Franklin County Council on the 6th day of May 1986.

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Franklin County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said county in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”
