of Works and Development declares that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart, subject as to the land firstly
described to the fencing covenant contained in transfer H. 601833
and as to the land secondly and thirdly described, subject to and
together with the benefit of rights of way appurtenant thereto as set
out in easement certificate H. 670040.2, South Auckland Land
Registry, for Maori housing purposes.
