HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Agricultural Pests (Pest of Local Importance) Order 1986.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
Pest of local importance declared—The opossum is hereby declared to be a pest of local importance in respect of the South Otago Pest Destruction District.
