II (C) ANZCERTA: TENDERED EXCLUSIVE AUSTRALIAN LICENCE (TEALS)—ROUND 35 RESULTS

The following are the official results of Round 35—the Annual Allocation of Exclusive Australian Licence which closed on 9 June 1986.
An additional three item codes were advertised in Round 37 and those results will be published along with the complete results of Round 37.

ANZCERTA licences are issued for goods of Australian origin as contained in the Customs Regulations 1968, as amended. The New Zealand/Australia Rules of Origin are detailed in Article 3 of the ANZCERTA. All licences are issued for the licensing year 1 July 1986 to 30 June 1987. Extensions of the licence period are not normally granted.

Any applicant who held a 1986/87 MEAL was not eligible to bid for a TEAL.

A second ANZCERTA tender round will be announced shortly. This is the Unused MEALs tender round in which MEALs, taken up but unused in the 1985/86 licensing period are offered for public tender in accordance with ANZCERTA requirements. MEAL holders in the current period are not barred from tendering in this round provided they used 75 percent of their licence in 1985/86. These licences will also be valid until 30 June 1987.

NOTE—“Tender Withdrawn” means that the goods in the item code became exempt for Australia after the Call for Tenders closed.
